Why Students Prefer TikTok Over Textbooks

    Today, many students spend more time on TikTok than reading textbooks. TikTok feels fun and fast, while textbooks often feel heavy and boring. On TikTok, information is given in short videos that are easy to understand. Students can learn English, science, or history in just a few minutes. This makes learning feel less stressful and more enjoyable.

    Another reason is that TikTok is interactive. Students can comment, share, save, and even make their own videos. Textbooks, on the other hand, only give information in a fixed way without interaction.

    TikTok also brings real life examples. For example, instead of just reading grammar rules, students can watch a video where people actually use the language. This makes learning feel more useful and connected to daily life.

    However, textbooks are still important because they give deeper knowledge. The best way is to use both textbooks for details and TikTok for quick, fun learning.
